Aleksandr
Prowaliński

light designer

Light painter, graphic designer, lighting director, stage designer. He was born in Mogilev, Belarus. He graduated from the Minsk State Art College named after A. Glebov at the Faculty of Easel Painting, and from 2013 he has been a student at the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw, Faculty of Graphic Arts.  His works were exhibited, among others, in Poland, Great Britain and the Czech Republic, they are also found in private collections around the world.  As a lighting director and light designer he has worked with many theatres throughout Poland, including the Dramatic Theatre in Warsaw, the Great Theatre - National Opera in Warsaw, Musical Theatre Capitol in Wroclaw, Theatre "Rozmaitości" in Warsaw, Warsaw Studio Theater, New Theatre in Warsaw or New Theatre from Poznan.  In his work he uses different materials and painting and graphic techniques: spatial painting, etching, aquatint, collage. His interests focus on the very process of work creation, and energy and dynamics of changes that accompany the creation.
